Very disappointed. We purchased our CRV from Urse Honda with a lifetime oil change. We went in only to find that they will only honor it one time and that’s it! Usually good, however recall work to replace fuel filter left a fuel spill inside the car cabin and was heavily sprayed with "new car spray" to mask it.
