I had a very disappointing experience with this dealer. After totalling my charger in an accident for which I was not at fault, I had been searching for a suitable replacement. I saw a very nice looking charger with everything I was looking for. After reaching out, through the website, I made an appointment for the next day (Saturday Feb 14th) at 1 PM. I received at least 3 seperate confirmation calls between when i made rhe appointment, and the next day when the test drive was scheduled to be, and even reached out the same day to inform them i would be a half an hour late which they said was totally fine. After driving over 1.5 hours to see this car, I am seated with a very nice and understanding salesmen, when he went to get the keys, I was told someone had already purchased the car. They tried to show me another car which was nowhere near what I was looking for. I dont know if this was a lack of communication, lack of care, or if it was a bait and switch but the car is STILL listed on their site so im inclined to think this was a bait and switch and the car was never available. More

Stay away from Mt Ephraim Chrysler Dodge! Took my van there for warranty service - they ending up not plugging all the wires back in - had to take it back for them to fix that, and during th Took my van there for warranty service - they ending up not plugging all the wires back in - had to take it back for them to fix that, and during the second visit they ended up breaking off a piece of trim and didn't say anything. Then when I asked the service manager to address the problem, he did nothing - asked for weeks and his only response was “I’m waiting for the parts department”. This was not the first issue I’ve had with them - I have twice before this specifically told them there was something wrong that needed to be fixed under warranty, took off from work to get my car there, and only for them to come back saying they didn't have the part! It’s not like it was a surprise or anything - they knew exactly what part needed to be replaced and they didn’t have the courtesy to call to reschedule my appointment. Horrible horrible service - can’t wait to get another call or correspondence from them asking if I want to sell my car - I’m going to make sure I waste as much time with the sales people jerking them around as much as they have wasted my time!! More
