It's always a good experience when I come into this dealership. But this was the first time I wasn't approached about buying a vehicle.

Went to get my cars Bluetooth fixed. Dropped my car off twice and they fixed recalls which is totally fine. Dropped it off a 3rd time and they fixed the blue tooth. It worked for a day and then it went right back to not working. I called and told them and they just asked when I could bring it again. Figured they’d at least try to sound apologetic that their fix wasn’t permanent. Nonetheless I dropped it off again. It’s like 8pm and I’m on my way out and I haven’t heard anything back. I call them and the lady said it’s been finished. I was waiting on my car and they didn’t even bother to tell me it was done. How they fixed it the second time, was the same way they fixed it the first time. Even tho it clearly didn’t work the first time they did the same thing just to get rid of me. My Bluetooth doesn’t work and I’m out money. Also during my 3rd visit I told them I had a hole in my tire and if they could fix it I don’t mind paying for it. I figured they’d plug it. When I got in my car my air pressure was fine but a few minutes later it dropped, because it needed to be plugged but all they must have done was filled it back up with air which I can do myself again the wawa next door. Long story short, I understand they were recalls and I wasn’t maki my your shop a ton of money with my Bluetooth repair, but the lack of effort is inexcusable and I rather just not have my Bluetooth fixed than to back to mount ephriam dodge and receive xxxx effort and customer service.

I purchased the car here a couple years ago. Sales was a good experience. Service is quick and professional. Very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend them.
