Once we came to an agreement of which didn't take as long as it could have Mr. Roustas proceeded to call my insurance company to transfer insurance, removed the license plates from my trade in and put the temp tag on the new car before I saw the paperwork. When I questioned him he simply said "we made the deal, you got exactly what you wanted I wouldn't lie to you" and he was right, the paperwork reflected exactly what we had agreed upon. As for signing the paperwork I have never went through that process faster than I did at this dealership. I would definitely refer others and come back myself for another purchase when the time arises. More
