A friend recommended Mt.Kisco Honda after I told her I had 2 very unsatisfactory experiences elsewhere. When I contacted Mt. Kisco Honda, I was immediately surprised at the professionalism and positive "customer first" attitude. My initial communication was with Cesar Mora, who was outstanding in his ability to 1. Get the car I wanted, 2. Get me a price that fit within by budget, 3. Help keep my financing affordable. Cesar not only stepped up to the plate to meet my needs but he also kept me informed of the progress on the delivery of my car along with my financing situation. Upon arriving at the dealership to pick up my car, I met with Dave Feingold, who in keeping in my budget constraints, provided me with the extended warranty, putting closure to my whole ordeal. Thanks guys for making this the most rewarding car buying experience and really listening to the customer needs. More

My wife and I had a terrible experience and would highly recommend to all that you avoid this establishment at all costs. My wife and I were in the market for a Honda Pilot and began conducting an exte recommend to all that you avoid this establishment at all costs. My wife and I were in the market for a Honda Pilot and began conducting an extensive amount of research about the vehicle and the vehicles price. Fortunately, we had a family member who works for Honda and was able to provide us with a great deal of information about the vehicle and the dealer's price. Armed with this information, we went to Mount Kisco Honda for a test drive but with little to no interest in buying the vehicle. My wife drove the vehicle and after the test drive, prices began to be discussed. My wife was completely up front and told everyone that we had information from our family member about the actual price of the vehicle. Ultimately, the dealership voluntarily agreed to a price that was clearly in our favor. We were also told that we would be able to get the .9% financing rate. At this point, we were ecstatic. We then told them we had a trade-in; we were told to bring it in for inspection the following Monday. Unfortunately, I was unable to make the meeting the following Monday and sent my pregnant wife in my place. From the outset, my wife has told me that 3 men ganged up on her to try to get her to void the deal. We were given a lower than expected offer on the trade-in. However, that was not too unexpected given the price we were given for the new vehicle. She was told, “if you don’t like it, then void the deal.” Then, she were told that we would be unable get the .9% financing because we did not pay enough for the vehicle and that we need to buy points (only ever heard of that when buying my house). My wife was again told, “if you don’t like it, void the deal.” After dealing with various intimidation tactics, my wife was able to ultimately get the .9% financing. Finally, we were told that we could get a warranty of 5 years/82,000 miles for $2400 despite telling them that we knew we could get a warranty of 7 years/100,000 for $800. “If you don’t like it, void the deal.” Despite their best efforts to intimidate my pregnant wife, she stood strong and did not void the deal as they wished. The next day when we called to pick up the vehicle my wife spoke to the GM Guy Colaneri to complain about how she was treated. She was told: 1) she would not get an apology; and 2) it was an awful deal and that they want it void. Admittedly, Guy said that he told the 3 gentlemen to do whatever it took to get this deal voided. While our salesman did offer an apology the next day, it was almost too little too late by that point. It almost seemed that we only received the apology so we did not blast him on dealerrater.com. Obviously that didn’t work. It’s unfortunate that Guy and his 3 employees had to resort to such tactics because they made a “bad deal”. Ultimately, we secured a fantastic deal and have a fantastic vehicle but were made to feel as if we did something wrong. I hope that anyone who reads this stays away. More

I HAVE TAKEN DELIVERY OF OVER A DOZEN CARS IN MY LIFETIME BUT I'VE NEVER ENCOUNTERED A SALES REP AS NICE AND PATIENT AS JOE. WITH FOUR OF US IN THE CAR, HE METHODICALLY WENT THROUGH EVERY SINGLE FEATURE AND BUT I'VE NEVER ENCOUNTERED A SALES REP AS NICE AND PATIENT AS JOE. WITH FOUR OF US IN THE CAR, HE METHODICALLY WENT THROUGH EVERY SINGLE FEATURE AND WHEN AN ISSUE DEVELOPED WITH THE SINKING OF THE CELL PHONE, HE CALLED THE OFFICE AND WORKED OUT THE PROBLEM IN MINUTES. Brian was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable on the Honda Accord that I ended up choosing. He was able to assure me that I was in good hands and made my car buying experience very easy and stress free as this was my first car purchase ever. Once I am ready to buy a new car (which I know won't be for awhile because I KNOW this car is reliable) I will not hesitate to purchase my next automobile from Brian Durkin at Mt.
