No Customer Service Call in and made an appointment to have truck repaired. Took truck in at appointment time and left. 6 hours later ,no call on progress . I called and Call in and made an appointment to have truck repaired. Took truck in at appointment time and left. 6 hours later ,no call on progress . I called and left message and no returned call.. Finally got whole of advisor and truck had not even been look at.. I went back and got my truck and advisor had no remedy to correct the problem. I will be taking my business to another dealer. More

Poor Customer Service I feel I have been over charged for very crappy service. I always have to call to get status of my vehicle. I've asked for calls back about problems that I have had with service and leaving items in a loaner car and nobody calls you back you always have to call them. After nearly $4,000 worth of work they don't even wash your car for you, I was charged $200 to fix a seat belt which I thought was in the $3,500 repair. I'm done utilizing this dealership for my service. More

Repairs I has my truck repaired at Volunteer Chevrolet in Sevierville Tn, they replaced the wheel bearing on left front driver side. Going 70 mph the tie rod I has my truck repaired at Volunteer Chevrolet in Sevierville Tn, they replaced the wheel bearing on left front driver side. Going 70 mph the tie rod arm cam off because they didn't put the bolt back on . I was able to get off the road and get here at Mt View . They put me first in line. Fixed my truck, charged me nothing. Treated me great because I was all to pieces. They are great. God Bless the service dept. More
