I want to Thank Patrick, He worked for months trying to find the perfect truck for my husband. He is very patient, honest and straight forward. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER purchase a car from this dealer. This is my 2nd lemon from them, hard expensive lesson learned. I bought my Fusion brand new in 2019, it only has 26,000 miles on it and this dealer. This is my 2nd lemon from them, hard expensive lesson learned. I bought my Fusion brand new in 2019, it only has 26,000 miles on it and already needs a new transmission. Still under warranty however they have had it since 7/27, spoke to them today, it could be another 3-4wks before they even touch it bc they are so backed up with transmission work…AND they will not give me a loaner or rental until the work starts, and then only for 10 days no matter if my car is done or not. I called Marshall Mize Ford and they aren’t even taking transmission work appointments due to being so backed up. That speaks volumes. Please feel free to share. More
