Great Experience It was a pleasant experience from the first call with Mtn View Ford to driving my new truck off the lot. Bernie contacted me about the truck I was in It was a pleasant experience from the first call with Mtn View Ford to driving my new truck off the lot. Bernie contacted me about the truck I was interested in and set me up an appointment to look at it. She was very friendly and I enjoyed talking to her. I met with Josh when I arrived at Mtn View and he had the key ready to show me the truck I was interested in. He was great, showed me several trucks and was not pushy at all, but he was very helpful. Jason in finance wrapped things up smoothly for me and was very easy to work with. I appreciate the help they all provided! When I get ready for another vehicle, I will be doing business with Mtn View again. More

Excellent response to my internet inquiry about a new truck I encountered an issue with my 2014 F-150 while traveling through Tennessee, the repairs were not able to get completed within the time frame I had, a I encountered an issue with my 2014 F-150 while traveling through Tennessee, the repairs were not able to get completed within the time frame I had, and I was looking for options to get back home on time. My internet search for vehicles resulted in a response early in the morning from Josh Newman, he checked on the status of work on my truck and called by with an update and information about the 2020 F-150 I had looked at on-line. After some discussion about pricing options and trade-in value I was able to purchase a the 2020 F-150 later that day. Josh to care of the details of out of state purchase. I'm was very pleased with his work on the purchase. More
