I had difficulty with my car that I bought here over the summer. Someone from the dealership called and offered a complimentary first oil change for the car and scheduled an appointment and sent an email no summer. Someone from the dealership called and offered a complimentary first oil change for the car and scheduled an appointment and sent an email notification of the appointment. The dealership made the appointment, not me. We went in for the appointment; the only reason we went was because we were told it was complimentary. I would not have given them any more of my business after the way they were when we bought the vehicle. They refused to honor their complimentary oil change and had no record of the phone call of the woman promising it. Very poor business practice. I should have requested something in writing when they scheduled the appointment, but I certainly will never be back for a service or to purchase a car from them in the future. More

TERRIBLE POST SALE TREATMENT AND PROBLEMS WITH TITLE The dealer made several false representations about what they would do and when. Finally after nearly 60 days post sale, the dealer refuses to commun The dealer made several false representations about what they would do and when. Finally after nearly 60 days post sale, the dealer refuses to communicate with me and Ford customer service can really offer no help or assistance. The problem is that Dealer sent title to BMV unsigned and it was rejected and returned. Now I'm without the ability to legally drive the truck because temporary tag expired and dealer won't send a 3rd temporary tag despite their errors putting me in this position. They realize their is no more money to drain from the buyer, so all post-sale service is ignored. I've left messages with no response. Emails with no response and Ford Customer service can't even get them to help. TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP. More

Service department can't get it right. Had vehicle under warranty in and out for repairs for 5 months for a difficult repair. Vehicle is still not properly repaired. I'm pretty sure Ford wouldn't engineer something you could hear knocking in the cab of a vehicle. It is absolutely embarrassing to drive something that sounds awful. Was pretty much written off and told to get a third party opinion. I did, the third party agrees this repair still isn't right. Dealership will not respond and has pretty much written me off as a customer. If you want a dealer that will give up on you for there bottom line when things get tough choose mtn view Ford. More

Stay away from this dealership, they will not stand behind their product and support loyal customers. More

Had a great experience and am very happy with my new car I was shopping for a new car and stopped at Mountain View Ford in Chattanooga. John Goodwin was the salesperson who helped me. I came to the lot to see a 2019 Ford Fiesta I had seen advertised on their website. I took the car for a test drive and it was what I wanted. John went above and beyond (with the finance manager) staying late to help me finalize the purchase. I am absolutely thrilled with my new car. I had a great experience at the dealership.
