LOUSY SERVICE AND TIME WASTED I had appointment made for eight fifteen in the morning for a recall on a Ford Explorer. I found out around three thirty that it had not been looked I had appointment made for eight fifteen in the morning for a recall on a Ford Explorer. I found out around three thirty that it had not been looked at. I was told I could leave it over the weekend but they only do minor repairs on the weekends. I might get it back on Monday. They must have know they were overbooked when I dropped it off. I had a major inconvience in the first place and will not recommend their service department to anyone. Richard Elrod More

PJ is the BEST!! We were searching for a newer, bigger, and more "gas friendly" truck. From the moment we arrived, PJ was there to assist us. We loved that he listened to what we were looking for, all his help on our trade in, and even down to the last details of showing us what all the features and buttons on our new purchase were. Also, Chad Akins was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining our financing options and insurance. Then after I convinced him I had a recall issue he said uh uh well let me see uh uh I may have to order the parts uh uh I'm not sure put me on hold to come back on the line with the same old uh uh. I told him thank you anyway. I called the service department manager and left a message for him to call me, he never returned my call. I called the president clay Watson left a message of complaint to him, he never returned my call. This is my second and last bad experience with Mountain View Ford. I will be in the market for a new Mustang but I will take my business elsewhere. More

Bought Myself a Retirement Gift Just pecking around on the computer saw three preowned trucks of interest at MTN. View Ford and Lincoln ,on Sunday evening.
