Our team strives to be transparent throughout the entire process—from vehicle operation and trade discussions to financing options—and we regret that your visit did not reflect that. Interest rates and final terms are determined by the lending institutions involved, and multiple options are often presented depending on the approval received. We understand how that process can feel frustrating if expectations don’t align with the final lender terms. We also take concerns about vehicle condition and communication seriously.
