If you buy online, expect long wait times to complete the transaction. They fudged the sales date to make that month's sales numbers, then wanted me to sign a state affidavit with penalty of perjury that co transaction. They fudged the sales date to make that month's sales numbers, then wanted me to sign a state affidavit with penalty of perjury that contained incorrect date of sale. The car was delivered to a paid transporter without a temporary tag. The DMV contacted me because the dealer underpaid the tag fees. Granted, everyone was very nice, but this dealer was in over their heads with a remote transaction. Very unfortunate. More

I want to say how great the work on my car was. It died just outside CHA and I had to tow into Mtn View and leave the car - right at the beginning of the UAW strike & I needed the PCM which needed It died just outside CHA and I had to tow into Mtn View and leave the car - right at the beginning of the UAW strike & I needed the PCM which needed order. So I am not speaking to time to finish or delay in receiving car because the UAW strike effected parts availability. I have had Mustang Convertibles since HS - 1971, Boss 302.(sigh) And I have always modified them. Well I'm old, cars are new, and my ignition mods on my 2014 base convert cooked and failed. Unlike when I was young, mods now are strictly to enhance mileage. At their peak before failing I could get almost 30mpg on the highway with this 3,7l V6. After repairs at Mountain View ford, CHA which included new PCM, Coilpacks, plugs and intake manifold gasket I went on a 2274mi road trip from Middle TN-NC-East Shore MD-Upstate NY- then back to Middle TN via 81S.. Over the whole length of trip I averaged 31.8mpg. some legs of the trip, Knoxville to Raleigh = 32.6mpg. Upstate NY to 78E = 33.2mpg. Simply unbelievable!! The Knox-Raleigh showed 214mi left in the tank at my stopover in Raleigh. I took that tank all the way across the Chesapeake bay bridge/tunnel before adding gas. I wish they were closer to me to get all of my service done here. More
