Our job at Mtn. View Ford Lincoln doesn't stop when you drive away behind the wheel of a new Ford, Certified Ford or used car. In fact it's just getting started. As a family-owned dealership, we're committed to helping you enjoy an extraordinary ownership experience. We certainly don't expect you to believe that just because we tell you that's our mission, but our industry awards suggest that, here in Southeastern Tennessee, we're getting the mission accomplished.

The dealership was very helpful. The process was quick and easy. I felt that they were very interested in getting me into a vehicle that I loved at a price I could afford. Justin Lugo and Mountain View Ford took a terrible situation and turned it into a true blessing. We were driving North on interstate 75 when my diesel truck broke down. We were close enough to be tow situation and turned it into a true blessing. We were driving North on interstate 75 when my diesel truck broke down. We were close enough to be towed to Mountain View Ford. The service department adjusted their schedule to get our truck in quickly and they were very straightforward with us. It was obvious that sinking more money into a 2012 truck with 288,000 miles was probably not the best thing to do. I was introduced to Justin Lugo. Right from the start I could tell he was someone I could trust. That was very important because we truly were at their mercy. We explained our situation about wanting to get back on the road as quickly as possible and within 48 hours, we had a new truck to us and our fifth wheel hitch removed from our old truck and installed in our new truck. If you are in the Chattanooga area, I strongly encourage you to visit Mountain View Ford when the time comes for you to purchase a new vehicle to you. I strongly recommend Mountain View Ford, both their service department, and their sales department. More
