Poor service department that diagnosed my 2021 Escape and did not fix the issue. Had no problem charging me over $1,000 and my vehicle is still not fixed. I brought a brand new truck in for a stereo issue. When I got it back there was grease marks on the ceiling and driver side visor, the inside door jam on the driver side was filthy from dirty shoes, a When I got it back there was grease marks on the ceiling and driver side visor, the inside door jam on the driver side was filthy from dirty shoes, and the dash was scratched up. I was highly disappointed. The only resolution offered was for me to bring the truck back to them. I am very busy and do not have time to sit and wait for them to fix something that should never have left the facility in that state. More
