I have been trying to really like the Lincoln service here… since it’s the only show in town… how can yall miss the washer fluid on an expensive oil change? I David Tibbs,was not pleased with the customer service on how my visit to have my 2017 F- 150 was handled. Mtn View Ford of Chattanooga had my truck for 5 days. On the 5th day Monday 16th I received a cal on how my visit to have my 2017 F- 150 was handled. Mtn View Ford of Chattanooga had my truck for 5 days. On the 5th day Monday 16th I received a call from Dominick saying the warranty doesn't cover the repairs,and the quote of payment was not what he said,it was over $200 and the only thing was done was put on a machine to see what was wrong. I'm very unsatisfied on the work and the customer service. More
