I had an outstanding experience with Muller Acura of Merrillville. I purchased a 2023 Acura MDX A-Spec and completed nearly the entire process remotely, which can be challenging — but Francisco Orteg Merrillville. I purchased a 2023 Acura MDX A-Spec and completed nearly the entire process remotely, which can be challenging — but Francisco Ortega (Customer Advisor), Alex Murray (Sales Manager), and Al Pierce (Business Manager) made it straightforward from start to finish. Communication was consistent and timely, and every question I had was answered clearly without any pressure. The pricing was transparent, and the vehicle was exactly as represented when I arrived — no surprises, which is not always the case when buying from a distance. After narrowing my search to two dealerships, I chose Muller, and I’m very glad I did. The entire process felt professional, organized, and respectful of my time.
