My first Honda purchase was an Odyssey in 2017 in Milwaukee and I never had an encounter with someone that was very knowledgeable about the TECH features on the vehicle. She got into my Honda pilot and walked me through the whole entire process with personalizing my vehicle. I felt like I was talking to a friend that I knew for years. She truly went above and beyond. I wish all Honda locations had someone very knowledgeable like Edna. She truly is phenomenal and a good asset to the company. My experience at Honda Mueller of Gurnee was spectacular. I have been doing business with Muller Honda many years and always been treated very well, but this time felt my adviser was brand new wouldn’t let me a my wild card. He didn’t even check to see if I had and always been treated very well, but this time felt my adviser was brand new wouldn’t let me a my wild card. He didn’t even check to see if I had any kind of service agreement. So I reminded him to take a look and he did, but what not covered he wouldn’t honor the coupon that I clipped before my appointment and I wasn’t gonna argue with the cashier at the very end. My experience is at Muller Honda. I’ve always been very positive but I felt like after waiting 2 1/2 hours he could at least take 10% off of the bill. from now on, I’m gonna have to pick up an advisor that actually knows what he’s doing. I would still recommend the dealership, but not the advisor. He needs to be trained on how he can save people money, especially these days. The times are tougher. I am hoping my future visits because I do own quite a few. Hondas will remain above expectations. More
