Excellent service I have been taking my car to Honda of Kenosha because I live in Kenosha and the service there has always been horrible. After 6 years I finally decide I have been taking my car to Honda of Kenosha because I live in Kenosha and the service there has always been horrible. After 6 years I finally decided to try the dealership in Gurnee and the service was awesome! I had an oil change and was in and out in 30 minutes. I usually had to wait 60 to 90 minutes in Kenosha. I will continue to bring my Accord to the Gurnee dealership from now on! More

Unprofessional and sarcastic Sales Associate I'm currently shopping for a new Honda. When I told one of the Sales Associates from Muller Honda of my decision to buy a car from another Honda deal I'm currently shopping for a new Honda. When I told one of the Sales Associates from Muller Honda of my decision to buy a car from another Honda dealer, I received the following response: "Ok thanks for following up with me ... Enjoy the Pro-Package and AutoButler from [Another Honda Dealer]... I know I enjoy taking advantage of an added expense on items I have no interest in." This sarcasm is not only unprofessional, but it's insulting for the Sales Associate to think that customers are unable to negotiate a reasonable deal based on all the information available on the internet today. The Sales Associate likely wasn't aware that i'm buying my 4th consecutive Honda and plan to continue to buying Honda vehicles in the future. Based on this interaction, i likely will NOT consider Muller Honda for my future Honda purchases. More
