A little frustated Overall, I have been very pleased with my service at Muller - Gurnee. I have never been at a place that does the oil change/tire rotation faster. My only frustration was when they replaced the cabin air filter they did not reinstall an arm on the glove compartment. The result was when I opened it once it got home it would not close. Ugh! So I called the service center and they said to bring it back. No problem...right? What a pain! So I drove back and the service manager got someone to quickly fix it. So that was it. I was about to drive out and thought, this was their mistake and they could have at least offered to give me a free oil change. So I went to the service desk and said the same and he reluctantly agreed. This customer service decision did not seem like a high bar. Maybe the front desk is put on a "short leash" to make those kinds of decisions. What would seem like "common sense" isn't necessarily so common. More

Love this Service Dept. I've been taking my Odyssey here for service for the last 100k miles. Never an issue getting a correct diagnosis and the service writers aren't pushy I've been taking my Odyssey here for service for the last 100k miles.
