Good service once I got a hold of the department I got a voicemail the first time I called service department and no call back within 24 hrs, so I called again and was transferred to the line but no I got a voicemail the first time I called service department and no call back within 24 hrs, so I called again and was transferred to the line but no pick-up. The next night I did the online chat trying to get something scheduled. That rep took all of my information and said someone would get back to me. I didn't hear back from anyone by the following afternoon. Called again and finally got a live person right away. He helped me and the rest of the process was easy and went well.
