I have seen some of them when that location was branded under a different name, a The Service people at Muller Honda of Gurnee are really a good team. I have seen some of them when that location was branded under a different name, and I am glad they are still there. I have always felt like they provided honest feedback and were good people. I've had a case in the past where Merlin Auto was telling me an A/C part was leaking and needed to be replaced, brought it over to this service department which told me there was no leak and I could avoid the $1500 repair Merlin Auto was telling me to do. Since my car was out of warranty, I only paid for the diagnostic fee which was reasonable. The most important thing about the service department are the people who work there, and this is a good group. More
