I had done my pricing, trade-in and extended warranty homework and had the numbers I felt were fair written on a post-it note which I handed to Chris. Explained to Chris I had the title for the trade-in and a check and wanted to be done in an hour or less. I'm 62 years old, have purchased many new cars and I let Chris know how much I absolutely despise the typical auto dealer 4 hour slow roll (you all know who you are). Chris promised me he'd take care of it. Came back in 20 minutes and told me we had a deal, no further negotiation, done. Amazing! Picked out the color and was out the door, total time elapsed 1 hour and 45 minutes! Without question the finest new car buying experience I have ever had. They don't even honor the hours listed on the door! Terrible service. I desperately needed a part to fix an issue listed as one of the TSB items for my Honda Pilot. Their website says the parts dept is open until 4. I trek through the snow and get there at 3:30 only to find that they "decided to close early today". Arrogant manager just grinned at me and said "sorrrrrrry". Honda service has gone so downhill in the last two years, and Muller epitomizes what I've experienced with them. Never again. My current Honda is my last Honda, and Muller just made that a certainty. More

I made the mistake of going to another dealer nearby a few months ago and got manipulated into this car that I didn't really need in the long run. So I called up my buddy Alan Laudonckas to save the day! I've dealt with him before and always had a great buying experience. I went in there with little to no idea of how I'd get out of my situation, and he helped me through every step of the way and I drove away in a brand new civic! The leasing program is fantastic and I couldn't be happier! I love the car, and the staff at Muller Honda is the most trustworthy bunch I've ever encountered at a dealer. I was dismissed and ignored at this dealership in the area and I thought to myself, “This is crazy! I need to go see Dave!” I arrived at Mullen in Gurnee and Dave met me with that cheerful, familiar grin. He walked right over and even though I was looking at a used Toyota he treated me as if I was buying a 2016 Honda. Dave is always open and honest and when he makes a promise it will be kept. Yesterday I called Emillian to talk about trading in both our cars in for a single car for the reason that my wife had passed away. Emillian immediately changed from a sales person to a friend. He spoke to me with a tremble in his voice. He no longer wanted to talk about selling me a car, his main concern was my well being and offered support outside of our business relationship. Finance services sucks!!! Bought a car here last Saturday. The test drive and price negotiation was normal. The salesperson helping me was Pat De Rossa. When the sale was agreed upon, were taken to Finance dept to close on the car. Had to wait close to 2 hrs before was called into the Finance Manager Office and that was only because I was ready to leave. Then when I came back with the check on Mon, had to wait another 30 mins before someone was able to take the check. Then, two days later I was called back to sign the check which they forgot to ask me to when I was there two days earlier. Their finance services sucks. Buy your car elsewhere!!! More

I purchased a vehicle because I fell in love with it and they charged fees that were never disclosed to me that were not applicable to my situation. The finance man tried to negotiate a rate for the loan by lowering it if we purchase the protection plan. We came to find that that is actually illegal and has been practice there for quite some time. Our sales person was less than interested to help us out with any problems. And we had three bad tires that went flat two days after purchasing it. They had fix a flat in them from someone trying to patch the holes in the tread was very low. There was also no wheellock with the car so I had to pay to get new locks place and they told me they would pay for it. Eight weeks later I am still going around trying to get my $40 refunded but they keep saying that since Rosen was "bought out "they are no longer liable to help me with any issue. The entire staff has been absolutely awful. I work in a customer service field and I've never seen service this bad. I would call and confirm the time I'm supposed to hear back from him and then a week later I have to call and leave messages and still never get a phone call back. Do not waste your time here it has been the worst experience of my life and I have purchased five vehicles through my life so far.
