Poor Customer Service People in the service department have a very poor customer service. Walk in there standing for 5 minutes in front of the service people and they do no People in the service department have a very poor customer service. Customer service is top notch, their service department is as well. If you are new to the area, give them your business. Last visit I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Every other business I have seen in the past would have charged for the tire rotation even if it was not needed. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my bill. They checked out the tires, realized it was unnecessary then moved on with the oil change. The car was washed and moved to the front of the building when complete. Would recommend for service and if looking for a new vehicle. More
