Oil change & tire leak I was able to get assistance as soon as I pulled my car into the service line. Jasen greeted me with a smile and listened to what I needed done. Jasen offered a couple of other services that we're due on my vehicle, but wasn't pushy. Overall, was there less than an hour and got everything completed. More

Very Professional and Easy Experience The Service people at Muller Honda of Gurnee are really a good team. I have seen some of them when that location was branded under a different name, a The Service people at Muller Honda of Gurnee are really a good team. I have seen some of them when that location was branded under a different name, and I am glad they are still there. I have always felt like they provided honest feedback and were good people. I've had a case in the past where Merlin Auto was telling me an A/C part was leaking and needed to be replaced, brought it over to this service department which told me there was no leak and I could avoid the $1500 repair Merlin Auto was telling me to do. Since my car was out of warranty, I only paid for the diagnostic fee which was reasonable. The most important thing about the service department are the people who work there, and this is a good group. More

Always great! I’ve gone to Muller a few times ranging from an oil change to fixing a blown tire. Every time I’ve gone, the service was always fast and efficient.
