Changed my mind about car dealership service. I have had excellent service starting with the purchase of my Honda Pilot in 2010. EVERYONE in the dealership is friendly and welcoming. They will generally recommend only the work that needs to be done for the safety and longevity of your car. I've never had to bring my car back to have work repeated or corrected. I was never a dealership person before I began dealing with Muller Honda. I am very thankful for Dave, Jason, Linda, Robert, Tony, and all of the management personnel at Muller. Thank You. More

Quick service but one pet peeve So I only come here for oil changes and maintenance minder service. Get my tires and brakes from other places. The service is quick, staff general So I only come here for oil changes and maintenance minder service. Get my tires and brakes from other places. The service is quick, staff generally nice. But one thing drives my nuts. They always put an oil change reminder sticker saying come back in 3,000 miles or 3 months. My car goes 6,000 miles/6 months. The maintenance minder tells me when to come in. It uses synthetic oil. Why do they put a sticker with inaccurate info on my windshield? It’s disingenuous at best and shady at worst, trying to get me in for unnecessary oil changes. More
