The car I came in for was sold out from under me before I arrived. I wasn't thrilled, but I didn't let it deter from my goal for the day. His manager, Matt, stepped in to smooth things over after the mix-up with the other car. I'll be honest, I felt a little handled, but by that point I just wanted to move forward. But Matt was great. Kenny and I spent time going through the different Forester trims. I knew how much car I needed and what I wanted to spend, and I ended up with a better car than the one I came for without blowing my budget. Kenny also helped me with all the add-ons I wanted. I think it’s really important to know what you’re willing to spend/can afford before going to a dealership. I can see how people end up paying for more than they can truly afford. It took a few hours, but we reached a deal. Yaroslav on the after-purchase care team was knowledgeable and patient, and the service department was also easy to work with. Communication was good, and delivery happened on time, just as promised. Glad I made the Uber trip from Rogers Park. More
