He understood that we were “just looking” and fully respected our wishes. Bob Szramek is a great sales consultant and I appreciated the way he handled the whole purchasing experience. My new Outback has many "bells and whistles" and Bob was great in giving me just the right amount of information to get started but not too much overload.
