When I expressed my strong interest in the 2015 Forester, Ben invited me to test drive a Forester. The driving experience was oustanding; I found that the car truly lived up to everything that Ben had described and explained to me while we were in the showroom at the Muller dealership. Karl came to greet me on that same afternoon, and I was very impressed by his sincerity and wamrth. Ben did such a great job selling us an Outback I returned a few months later to buy a Legacy. Ben has the perfect combination of belief in what's he's selling, knowledge of what he's selling and willingness a few months later to buy a Legacy.
