I've been going to the Highland Park Volkswagen dealership for service for over 20+ years and found their service department to be excellent. It was time to trade in my 15 year old Passat wagon for dealership for service for over 20+ years and found their service department to be excellent. It was time to trade in my 15 year old Passat wagon for something new. I went to the Muller Volkswagen of Highland Park web site to see what was available as well as review the salesman testimonials. I really liked what the customers were saying about Tom Donahue. As Mike Muller has said "You will not be disappointed" and we were not. My wife and I met Tom on a Friday and found him to be a warm and personal type of guy. He helped us by answering all our questions that go with buying a new car. We picked out a Jetta Sportwagen that happened to be the only one with the color we wanted in the 4 state area. Tom said "no problem we'll do a dealer trade". As it turned out, Tom took it upon him self to drive to the other dealership to get our new car. It was detailed, checked over and washed and we picked it up Saturday Morning all in less than 24 hours. What kind of salesman would do that? We were impressed. More

I was going to buy a used VW Jetta TDI from this dealership. The sales person Maciej was nice. I did ask why the headilghts were fogged and he said it was normal for a 2011 VW to have that. I was going to buy the car, I was pretty nervous because it was a bigger purchase for me, but then the finance guy was a total jerk and was pretty rude, he was very rude actually. I ended up walking away from the deal due to the rude salesperson. I ended up buying the exact 2013 Jetta TDI Premium from Pugi VW in Downers Grove, IL instead. Much, much nicer staff. Anyways, I will never go back to that Highland Park VW again, ever. More
