When I arrived, Robby had the truck ready to test drive and I was in and out the door in around an hour with a new truck. I was looking for a 2023 Ford Maverick. While I was eligible to purchase under the Ford Friends and Family program, no dealership would offer the vehicle under the program. I found a Maveri While I was eligible to purchase under the Ford Friends and Family program, no dealership would offer the vehicle under the program. I found a Maverick at this dealership. The deal offered was suitable. We completed the deal and they even delivered the car to me 200 miles away. Upon inspection of the vehicle, I found a small scratch in the door and after the dealership installed they drop in bedliner, they failed to replace the upper forward tiedowns. These were not big issues, but I did want the dealership to address them. My salesman, Joan, followed up on these issues for me. The dealership provided touch up paint and the tiedowns. I am very grateful for the effort of Joan for following up and ensuring that I was satisfied. I would recommend Joan and his dealership if you are considering buying a Ford vehicle. Thank you to everyone involved in the purchase process and follow up with the paint and the tiedowns. More
