Extremely disappointed with the service at Mullinax Ford of Mobile. This is the third time I’ve brought my vehicle in for the same A/C issue, and it’s still not fixed. Each time, I’ve been told it was taken of Mobile. This is the third time I’ve brought my vehicle in for the same A/C issue, and it’s still not fixed. Each time, I’ve been told it was taken care of, only to drive off and realize the problem is still there. On top of that, they never have loaner vehicles available, which makes things even more inconvenient. It’s frustrating to be without a reliable car and get no real solutions after multiple visits. Definitely expected better from a dealership like this. More
