They were not pushy in trying to make the sale, but rather wanted me to be sure that I was purchasing the vehicle that we truely wanted for my family. I especially would like to acknowledge my two sales persons ( Eric and Erica ).Eric was my original sales person. He answered all the questions and had a pleasant personallity. He really made the sale with the help of the sales manager. The sales manager allowed me to take the Sienna home overnight and think about the purchase. The next day I decided to make the purchase, and that is when I met Erica. Eric was off this day and she had to do all the paperwork since he wasn't there.She treated my family like she was the person that had made the original sale. We had a really positive experience buying our Sienna. Due to circumstances at home, I could not make it out to Alton until 6:00pm. The staff, especially Erica, really helped me to feel comfortable with the decision that we had made. I felt informed, all questions that I had were answered and I felt like I was being treated fairly. The staff was patient as I called home to discuss business with my husband regarding the options, colors, warranties, etc. I really appreciated that. My 2007 Camry broke down on a Saturday afternoon so I called Alton Toyota and spoke to Mike Young in the service department. I thought nothing would be done until at least Monday but in a matter of an ho called Alton Toyota and spoke to Mike Young in the service department. I thought nothing would be done until at least Monday but in a matter of an hour my car was towed to the dealership and I was leaving there in a rental car. I feel Mike exceeded my expectations and made the break down as trouble free and stress free as possible. When the car broke down I was expecting my day on Monday to be disrupted getting the car there and getting a car to drive but thanks to Mike my Monday was not interupted at all. My car was completed Monday evening and I picked it up Tuesday morning (early) so even picking up my car did not interupt my day. I would highly recommend Alton Toyota and appreciate the way Mike went beyond the call of duty and showed he really cared about solving my problem. It seems like personal customer service has become a thing of the past at most places but Mike proved it is alive and well at this dealership. I might add I did not buy my Toyota at this dealership but can assure you when I am ready to replace it my next car will be purchased at Dave Munganest Alton Toyota. Thanks Mike for a job well done.
