Best car buying experience I have ever had Professionally I am a Procurement Manager for a detailed field erected engineered product. As a result, I am very detail orientated. I had corresponde Professionally I am a Procurement Manager for a detailed field erected engineered product. As a result, I am very detail orientated. I had corresponded with several dealers and was looking for a specific vehicle and certified. I was not local but felt like I was working with Steve and Chelsea. Steve answered every detail accurately and efficiently once Chelsea referred me to him. With all of the detailed pics and paperwork I knew I wanted to buy this vehicle sight unseen because of my trust in Steve. The day we traveled to the dealership there was bad weather coming in that evening and we asked to be on a 3 hour timeline which may include changing out the tires and battery (which it did). We arrived at the time planned and took a look at the vehicle and it was even better than the pics suggested and we immediately knew the drive was worth it - we didn't even need to test drive it. Steve had all of the different departments ready to go and we were back on the road with a new vehicle in much less time than anticipated. Got back home 1/2 hour before the bad weather hit. Could not have been a better buying experience. It is worth the drive to see this dealer if you want a straight forward no surprises buying experience. More
