I brought my car in for routine service and told Curt Blankenship of my recurring issue that is now becoming embarrassing due to squeaking in front of friends, colleagues, etc. Curt put special emphasis on figuring out where the problem is coming from and working closely with the mechanic(forgot his name- but great). Curt and the mechanic did a great job and my Lexus no longer has embarrassing squeaking noise from the steering column. Thank you for your care and follow through! More
