Ted Johnlikes was the most helpful sales person I have ever dealt with. My 2008 Lexus was a total loss due to a rear end collision and Ted assisted me in putting together information on the 08 vehicle wh ever dealt with. He provided this information before I even began to seriously shop a replacement vehicle. Once the actual sales process started, Ted continued to impress me with his professional approach and no nonsense answers. I would return to Ted & Mungenast in the future. Mike Baek was simply the best. He completely explained the various options available including First Innovations, extended warranty, certified vehicle guarantees, and did so in a professional, no pressure approach. I have dealt with others in the finance departments of other auto firms and have generally walked away unsatisfied but not with Mike. Usually I don't place my trust in men to pick out items for me and like it, but in this case I truly LOVE his sense of choice and style for me.
