They do not oversell parts and service I do not need. My 2004 TL has 185K miles on it and is still going strong, and - as great as my car is -I attribute that more to Jeff and John than Acura! Things will go wrong on every car, but they key to a long-lasting car is doing the preventative maintenance and thinking ahead. These guys are the best in the business in guiding me through that process. A++ More
