Murdock Auto Group started in 1982 with the opening of our Murdock Chevrolet store in Bountiful Utah. In 2005 with the purchase of our first Hyundai dealership in Orem, Utah , Murdock Hyundai began. In 2006 we purchased our Logan dealership and in 2008 we bought the Salt Lake City store . For our Hyundai dealerships our goal was simple, have a Murdock Hyundai in every neighborhood. Now we want more, we want a Murdock Hyundai in every driveway. First car purchase I came to Murdock Hyundai at the end of June looking for a used Sonata or Elantra. Another great experience leasing form Murdock Hyundai So this is the third card I have leased from Murdock Hyundai: Sonata, Veloster, and now Genesis. Wasn't going to lease the Genesis. Just wanted anothe So this is the third card I have leased from Murdock Hyundai: Sonata, Veloster, and now Genesis. Wasn't going to lease the Genesis. Just wanted another Sonata (I leased the first one in an attempt to simply my budget; I had been a loyal Infiniti owner for years), but the new 2015 Genesis proved to be irresistible. Like the early Infinitis, it is possible with the Genesis to own a fantastic car without seeming ostentatious. Of course, once the word gets out. . . Wyatt -- the new guy on the block -- was well-informed; he has obviously been doing his homework. Will gladly recommend him to others. Brett and gang in the Service department continues to amaze! More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! Received a flyer in the mail and went in to see what options we had to trade out our Ford Taurus. Jason Stites was eager to take on the challenge of getting us out of our current upside down situation and went above and beyond our expectations when he put us into a BRAND NEW Sonata and cut our current interest rate that was on our Ford by more than half. We were extremely happy customers driving off the lot in the first brand new car we have ever owned. We will definitely return to them in the future with our next car buying needs. Also want to give a big shout out to Wyatt who assisted Jason in showing us our vehicle options and dealing with my pickiness when it came to comfortability, size, and color of vehicle that we were specifically looking to find. Waste of time and money I took my working key fob and a used one to be programmed. They told me it would be $30 to program the fob. After sitting around for an hour they tell I took my working key fob and a used one to be programmed. They told me it would be $30 to program the fob. After sitting around for an hour they tell me it can't be programmed and it rarely works on used fobs. That would have been nice to know in the beginning. So I just wasted an hour of my time and to rub salt in the wound they still charged me the $30... Of course I complained and said I was told $30 to program my fob but it's NOT programmed. So instead of take more abuse from the manager I gave them my $30. Great job manager, you got the $30 but lost any future car purchases or services from me and all my family. People ask me all the time if I like my Hyundai. I always say, yes, they are great cars. Now I will say, yes, they are great cars but don't buy one or get service from Murdock Hyundai. More
