Working with Joe Macedone to purchase a car was by far the best experience I have ever had with car sales. He was genuinely friendly and sought to make sure I was pleased with every step of the process. W the best experience I have ever had with car sales. When I wanted to look underneath the car I was considering, Joe arranged for the car to be lifted up in the shop so I could inspect the underside. Joe went to bat for me three times on the price, but more than that he made sure I could program an old car remote to work with the car I was purchasing. When I came back a week later he personally washed my car, in his shirt and tie, to made good on a promise that I could have the car bra removed and washed. Joe even pulled out rags and solvent to rub away any spots of road grime that had not been cleaned underneath the car bra. In every instance, Joe Macedone went way beyond what I expected to make sure I was satisfied, and made sure every promise was fulfilled. Joe is absolutely fabulous! I bought my first car from him. He knew I was coming to look at cars, so when I arrived at the dealership he was waiting to greet me. After buying my car, he kept in touch, checking with me on occasion to make sure things were going well. He always made me feel like I was important and that he truly cared about me. When I decided I wanted to get a new car, I decided to look at a Hyundai again... because of Joe. This time I was looking to trade in my Sonata for a Tuscon. We had so much fun! I fell in love with the black Tuscon. He showed me how everything worked and explained what things meant. I appreciate that so much as I'm a hands on, visual learner. When I decided I wanted the Tuscon, he got to work and made things happen. He treated me like I was his most important customer. An actually, I really believe I am :). When I drove out of the dealership with my beautiful new car, I knew everything I needed to know about the car, knew what the warranty meant and what it covered, and had even scheduled an appointment for my first oil change and general inspection. We went to Murdock Hyundai, having never been there before, to purchase a new "commuter" vehicle! I can't even explain how great of an experience my husband and I had at Murdock Hyundai of Lindon. We have been looking at a lot of different cars for the last month and I wasn't impressed at all wi husband and I had at Murdock Hyundai of Lindon. Every dealership we went to people didn't take us seriously and the sales people knew nothing about their cars. When I talked to a friend he told us about Murdock Hyundai and how great they were but the only problem for us is that it was 4 hours away from where we are currently living. Since we were having no luck up in our area we decided to call Murdock Hyundai and see if they could help us out with a Hyundai that we were interested in. When we called we talked to Willie and within 2 hours we were on our way down to their store to buy the car. Since we lived 4 hours away we didn't get there until 9 p.m. and they didn't mind at all keeping the store open for us. Willie and Hyrum were both so nice, caring and most importantly they were HONEST! Before we went to Murdock we had at least gone to 15 different dealerships and none of those even compared to Murdocks. Not only was the experience great, the car is amazing. We bought a Hyundai Veloster Remix. It is beautiful and has some amazing technology features. We are so happy! Shop here! You wont be disappointed! More
