Great customer service We ended up here after calling another big Utah auto dealer and were not treated very well. We called Murdock talked and talked to Brete. She was awesome to work with and really made us feel like she wanted or business. To bad for that other salesman! We ended up buying 2 cars, a used Passat, and a brand new Santa Fe. We didn't get the high pressure sales. That alone I appreciate! Everyone in the dealership was nice. We worked two didn't finance people and they were both great. The second one was for the 2017 car. He did offer extra coverages, but there was no pressure. We had been there most of the day by this time, it was as easy as being the used car. We live over an hour away and I will definatly go there again. BTW I LOVE my Santa Fe! More

I just wanted a nice car at a good price. I saw a Sonata online while looking at Murdock's website. I was so pleased that after inquiring about the car, Adam Creager responded within minutes and we set up an appointment. Much to my delight, I met with Adam and test drove the car, it was perfect for me and the price was right where I wanted it to be. I'm so happy with Murdock Hyundai Sonata! I'm especially happy that they have sales people like Adam who are patient and very helpful. I felt no pressure and my overall experience was fantastic!
