I had an excellent experience with the Murdock-Hyundai dealership. On the first day I went looking for a car, Chris stepped right out into the heat to help me out. He seemed to know his way around the lot, and he fully answered all of my questions. When I found the perfect car for me, Chris and the dealership bent over backwards to help me find ways to afford it. They were very clear and specific about all the technicalities of car ownership, but I didn't feel pressured at all to buy the car until I was ready. I've been driving the car around for almost two weeks now, and I've loved every minute of it. I gave a rating of 5 in all categories because I felt that every person I worked with--especially Chris and John--were competent, friendly, and supportive (as opposed to pushy) and because the dealership was able to work with my budget. Our overall experience at Murdock hyundai of logan was great! Service was great and they had a variety of vehicles to choose from. The sales people that we dealt with were very friendly. Most dealerships try pressuring you to buy a vehicle; this was not the case at Murdock. Our salesman Brock Aiken was very friendly and did a fantastic job. He helped us to find the vehicle that would best fit us and the knowledge he had on the vehicles was great. Overall this is one of the best dealerships that we have done business with and i would definitely go back there for our next vehicle purchase. Brock did a great job. He allowed us to take the car for several hours and try it out. He made sure the car was clean both before our test drive and before we took delivery. Brock stayed late to complete the transaction so we didn't have to come back the next day and also made an appointment with us for later in the week to do a walk through and show us how to use the electronics. The only small negative was a mixup with the keys. They thought their other dealership had the second key, but it turns out they could never find it and had to order another one. This resulted in 2 weeks with only one key. I would have appreciated better communication during this time so I didn't think they had forgotten. More

Chris, is an outstanding sales person. He greeted us and asked how he could help us. We told him some ideas of the car that we were looking for. Chris at no time put pressure on us throughout the entire process. He explained the financing, and then proceeded to help us come to a price that we were comfortable with. He Had Ben Murdock, also explain more about the financing and other items. This was the best car buying experience we have had. We have bought several cars over the years. We will continue to deal with Chris in the future. He made the effort to get us a car in the color we wanted. He checked several other dealers and was successful.
