Me and my wife bought a 2018 Atlas with under 30,000 miles on it. They said it was a buy back but they assured us ALL the problems were fixed. Well a year later the car isn’t fixed and they won’t even t miles on it. They said it was a buy back but they assured us ALL the problems were fixed. Been to this service department several times. Will NEVER go back again. I have an older 2006 "VW". I have taken it in for various services, or a leak or something. "We'll, it could be this or it could be that ECT. They ALWAYS find something ELSE has to be fixed to get the original problem fixed! I have never taken my vehicle home from THIS place that within a week there is something totally different that needs to be fixed. I've taken my vehicle to a local mechanic, he is able to diagnose and fix the immediate problem WITHOUT something else going wrong within the week. I'm not saying that they "sabotage" my car HOWEVER that's the experience I have had with this service department! More
