I purchased a 2014 VW TDI from another dealer and wanted to find a great VW dealership to service my TDI.  I looked at reviews and found Murdock to I purchased a 2014 VW TDI from another dealer and wanted to find a great VW dealership to service my TDI.  I looked at reviews and found Murdock to be the best; so I drove up to Logan on Sat the 17th of Nov and talked (interviewed) with the service manager, Guy Baldwin.  My wife says I am crazy but I like to know the folks I do business with. He put my questions to rest, he took the time to walk thru some specifics related to the TDI.  He could have brushed me aside but he did not.  I obviously do not want to have any issues with my car but I am now confident the team at Murdock VW in Logan will make it right.  The are now my go to for servicing.
