I ordered a water pump online through Mopar on 10/9/25 and paid $89.60 additional for overnight shipping. The party never arrived on 10/10/25 and they said they have the part and it will be shipped on Mon and paid $89.60 additional for overnight shipping. The party never arrived on 10/10/25 and they said they have the part and it will be shipped on Monday, but we can't come pick it up today without paying an additional almost $200. This is garbage!! The part is sitting there, already paid for!! If I could have given then zero stars then I sure would have!!! More

We did not end up buying a Jeep, but if we did it would have definitely been from Ethan. We are still shopping for a new vehicle and we do anticipate returning to this dealership to make a purchase. Thank you to the Murray team for treating a customer with respect and not be too pushy like most other dealers. It was by far the best experience we have had at any dealership in 30 years. I will absolutely come back if I ever get a new truck, but the one I got I love! Also WAY better than garber where I got my last truck, which was my worst experience ever! The worst car buying experience I've had in my 45 years on earth. I bought a truck from Murray in late May of 2024. Which had several issues. The most serious issue being a fuel system issue where the truc on earth. I bought a truck from Murray in late May of 2024. Which had several issues. The most serious issue being a fuel system issue where the truck will not allow me to get a full tank of gas. The pump stops frequently while trying pump gas. I've taken the truck back to the dealership three times to have the problem fixed. All 3 times they claim they fixed it, but they didn't. The first time they had it for 3 weeks and still didn't fix it. And now I've been waiting a month and a 1/2, because they say they don't have a loner vehicle to give me to bring my truck back in to repair it. At this point I think they're trying to let my warranty run out so they don't have to fix it. Wouldn't recommend them to my enemy!!!!! More

Bought a 2022 Mojave Jeep, fully loaded special order. Sales process was great. Got the Jeep wave program with my purchase. I bought an additional package of 2 oil changes at a discounted price which was Sales process was great. Got the Jeep wave program with my purchase. I bought an additional package of 2 oil changes at a discounted price which was good for a year from a service advisor that seemed to care. Used one immediately. I called to see when the second one expired and the service representative said the computer was hacked and they had lost all information about my local service visits and any oil changes that I purchased at the dealership. He looked under my Jeep Wave account and said I had one oil change left that expired in a year. He suggested I use the Jeep wave oil change. I told him I wanted to use the one I purchased from them before it expired. He said if I had the receipt, I could use it, but they have no records of my purchases and they would not be able to honor it if I could not prove it with a receipt. I was unaware when I bought the oil changes that I would need to prove I bought them each time, in fact the service tech that sold them to me said at that time that they tracked everything on the computer. I was shocked that they would not take my word for it as it was only an oil change. This happened several months ago and I am sure the oil change I purchased has expired. I have had 2 company representatives call me asking me to service appointments and when I tell them about my experience, they say a manager will be calling me soon to discuss. No managers have called, so I decided to write a review. I am looking for a new dealership. More
