I would rate the service department a 0 if I could. I am staying at Keystone Heights RV Resort and shortly after our arrival I noticed I had an oil leak in my 2018 Ram 2500. I called Murray Chrystler D I am staying at Keystone Heights RV Resort and shortly after our arrival I noticed I had an oil leak in my 2018 Ram 2500. I called Murray Chrystler Dodge Jeep and Ram on January 4th and talked to a service advisor. I was told they were very busy and had an appointment made for January 11th at 8:00 am. Apon arrival I was told it would take two days to look at my truck even though I had an appointment. I left the truck and never heard anything from them. On Friday the 13th I stopped and inquired about my truck and was told they were three to four days behind, but the advisor would check. He came back later to tell me that the front of the oil pan was loose, and the mechanic tightened it and cleaned up the oil. He was then going to do a road test and that he would call me in the afternoon when it was ready to pick up. I never heard from him, so I called around 4:00pm only to be told he was gone for the day. I left a message for someone to call me two different times but no returned call. On Saturday morning I went to the dealership and talked to another service advisor. He told me that he wasn't my advisor, and my reply was does that mater. He said it does as each one of them have their own workload. He did check on my truck and said it was done after a phone call to someone. Also, they were only going to charge me half price. I paid $100.00 for the repair and left. After driving 10 miles back to the RV Park and parking my truck I put a piece of cardboard under it only to find that I still have an oil leak. More

They took entirely too long to get the tag information over to the tag office and took even longer with issuing a new temporary tag. I’ve called numerous times left messages and no one returned my calls, over to the tag office and took even longer with issuing a new temporary tag. I would never consider doing business with them again nor would I recommend them to ANYBODY! More
