Vehicle not on lot, claimed could not get pics, 290 miles 1 way to get it, hour before arrival get txt saying veh not on lot-will be delayed 90 minutes. After arrival,normal greeting by Mgnt staff 'thank you 1 way to get it, hour before arrival get txt saying veh not on lot-will be delayed 90 minutes. After arrival,normal greeting by Mgnt staff 'thank you for your business' line, then no vehicle for six (6) hrs. Offered bottle of water 2X, did get some ice. Top staff not forthcoming on reasons or timing as it kept changing. Title person was great, apologized for delay as her system down, but didn't have vehicle anyway. Note- this was a used, auction purchased veh, 1 key- no help in getting door code(tho dlr has that brand). Cash, no trade deal, tried to push 3 mo financing then pay off-no thx. Came time to do final pricing, tried a $699 fee for nitrogen ( not equipped w it) & other items that are dealer related- never be in that area again, just came to get vehicle. Never saw the 100+ item 'inspection' form supposedly done by dlr. Still had mfgr recall tho have that brand dlr in town and it same owner group. Found that Cruise Control didn't work on way home. Sure hope the paperwork comes in correctly. Emails after from staff are autogenerated/ generic and not filled in. It's just a commodity (buy and sell from auctions) and you are on your own. More
