Murray Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Bought a truck had it for 5 days started smoking tried for 2 days to get in contact with someone finally did I informed them that I bought the extra 3year 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty on top of t for 2 days to get in contact with someone finally did I informed them that I bought the extra 3year 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty on top of the 15 year 150,000 mile warranty that came with the truck and I told them I need wanted it fixed after 2 days of waiting for them to call me back because they were “looking into it” they wanted me to bring it back to their dealership to see if it would be covered under warranty does bumper to bumper warranty not work the same as it used to? It also says on the website that you can take it to any certified place to have it worked on so why would I drive all the way back to their dealership just so they can look at it? More

If I could pick zero stars I would! Hunter is very unprofessional and treats customers and his fellow co-workers like garbage. He is a lair and he doesn’t stick to his word. Hunter was extremely abrasive with his co-worker in front of a whole show room full of people. He never even acknowledged our existence or said two words to us for that matter. He acted as if the matter was below him and was a waste of his time. He was putting his finger in his co-workers face while yelling at him. All he had to do was to calmly and professionally talk to us as to why he was denying our request for him to fulfill his promise to us. As long as Hunter is the Sales Manager at Murray Dodge in Starke, us and our ENTIRE family and friends will NOT be coming back!! More
