My actual salesman was nice but new to the car sales business and didn’t really know a lot about what I needed. The other employees were quite pressuring. Alex the salesman was great. He listened to what I wanted and got us a better deal. However, that’s where it ended. The week after we bought the car I had to call Derrick in fina He listened to what I wanted and got us a better deal. However, that’s where it ended. The week after we bought the car I had to call Derrick in finance regarding some questions on the paperwork. I left him four voicemails that week with NO return calls. I finally was able to reach Wyatt in finance and he got me what I needed within minutes. I then called back to speak with the dealership GM about the screw up on the paperwork. Surprise! Derrick emailed me 10 minutes after I left a message for the GM. This dealership is in a different state than us but I wouldn’t ever recommend them to anyone due to their customer service lacking.
