Finding out that the keys had been stolen from the train car in Mexico, severely delaying delivery, he was able to get me into a loaner vehicle with 5th wheel hookup so I could complete my military transfer from Jacksonville to Pensacola. With a lot of unknowns as to what was happening, he worked his tale off trying to get answers from the port and finally got my truck rekeyed and delivered.
