Mr. Mai, You must be joking with this private response. I reached out to you the next day about the same vehicle from a blocked number and asked if this vehicle was still available. After your extremely rude and arrogant approach to me about calling blocked from a private number you finally gave me a price of $10,000 over MSRP. I explained to you that the advertised price on your website was $1500.00 less than MSRP. You replied that the internet people always mess things up. I responded to your comment that was false as well because its on autotrader the same way. I go on to tell you Mr. Price confirmed the advertised price was good yet JD who was another sale person that called to finalize the deal tried to sell me vehicle $5000.00 over MSRP just yesterday. Yet you told me $10,000 over MSRP today. You basically laughed at me. I sent an email to Mr. Acevedo (GM) of dealership Monday morning demanding you honor advertised priced or i was going to FTC,BBB and hire an attorney! I have heard nothing. I will hire an attorney and follow through with my promised actions. Your companies “bait and switch” sales tactics are illegal and this needs stopped from happening to others.

You told me Thursday when i took the truck . We purchased a couple of months ago to contact you when it was diagnosed. I have attempted to several times through several people and left messages. This is exactly what happened with the finance department no return phone calls.. Thats the reason for the review was originally posted.The check engine light initially came on the weekend after we purchased the truck but. Went away and the cause of that was the weak battery in the truck. This seems to be the only way to get any responses from this dealership. Is through posting reviews.
