Sir, I wanted to reach out to you in regards to your review on DealerRater. As you know reviews are a huge influence for our future business and opportunities with consumers. I want to apologize on behalf of the dealership and owner about your experience. I did speak with both Mike and Brent in regards to the situation. I feel this was largely due to miscommunication between the three parties. I am sorry that our typical protocols were not explained to you as far as holding a vehicle for purchase when unable to complete paperwork immediately or same day. We are unable as a dealership to hold vehicles for customers on pre-owned vehicles under any circumstances and only hold new vehicles with agreed upon terms with a signed buyers order and monetary deposit . This has been a rule for some time and should have been explained to you upfront. This is a regulation is in place by upper management due to us having bad experiences in the past with verbal promises of commitment that fall through and we lose potential sales due to it and many other reasons. If you would consider taking down your negative review we would greatly appreciate it! It does seem like the issue was with a sole person and not the entire dealership and it also seems that we did not have a true agreement of purchase on this truck in place when we did sell the truck the next day.
