Actively trying to resolve my issue? This has only occurred since I wrote my review on dealer rater. (Also you need to know that 2 weeks before I bought this Jeep I was at Murray and saw this Jeep with a white substance splashed up on the drivers side). Spent 8 hours on a Saturday after I bought my Jeep the previous Sunday, to get detailed.Pointed out stains on trim and detailer tried to get them off, brought it out to me. Stains still there. Took it back tried again. That is, I believe, when the scratches were made on trim and it still did not get rid of stains. Was told they would have a professional detailer come in and get rid of stains and GM said if I was not happy they would replace trim . Brought it back on 9/26 for pro detailer to work on.Told Mike to do all trim so it all matched and he agreed to do so.Also got loaner car and was told he would have my Jeep filled up with gas. Had to put gas in loaner to get to work and back to dealer and my jeep was not filled up as promised.On 27th went back to pick up my Jeep and 1) stains still there and 2) only part of trim had been worked on and stains still there.Now I`m pissed off big time because Im getting a run around from this place and wasting my time.Mike wasnt there that day,talked to Hunter about replacing trim, he said GM would have to approve and he was out of town for a funeral and I would have to get back in touch with Mike.. Did so later and Mike said he would get parts ordered and would call me when parts were in. So 15 working days later I call Mike and he said parts on order. That is odd since from another dealer I could have had those parts in 2 days,I checked with one. Murray Jeep has wasted lots of my time, told me they would do something and didnt. I think Mike got pissed when Hunter told him I called him a liar for not living up to his word and he just blew me off. All I got was promises and my time wasted from Murray. So now these parts are supposedly in after how many days I dont know, I lost count. Tell me how Im suppose to feel comfortable with bringing my Jeep back to Murray when all I experienced was lies,lack of integrity and profound display of unprofessionalism after I purchased my Jeep.
