- ErinWe always have a wonderful experience with Michelle Fister in your Kia service department. She has the best customer service skills. She works her butt off to provide the very best experience. She treats you like family. She never forgets who you are and knows everything about you. She is always happy, nice, personable, honest, caring and just a funny gal. There ought to be more Michelle's in the world. She would make a fantastic trainer for your new employees. We also enjoyed Roger O'Kane as our sales guy. He was great. He was very knowledgeable. He didn't hard sell us which I appreciate. He just calmly explained everything to us and answered all our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend your dealership along with Michelle and Roger to all my friends and family. We love our KIA. Thank you and keep up the good work! I'm still waiting for the survey to be emailed to me so I can complete it and return. When do you send those out? How many days after servicing the car?

- Print proNotice that there isn't any service reviews??? There service center is the worst. They will sell you a car, but they can't service it. This is a privately owned dealership and they play by there own rules. Service manger doesn't have the time of day for you and when you question him he just walks away. There are plenty of great grages in there area take your vehicle to one of them or another dealship for services. Run away from this place

- MJHad a tire pressure issue on my way home. I was about 20 minutes from Murray Kia, It was 4:45 and service closes at 5. I was told that the service department was packing up getting ready to go home and no one could wait for me. All I wanted was my tire pressure checked. That's poor customer service.

- JoeA123This place left me high and dry in an emergency. I was at King of Prussia and an hour from home when my Kia minvan sliding door became stuck open in a parking lot. I couldn't get it closed even with the help of a local Sears Automotive, and needed help desperately to get home. I had my four children and was picking up two nephews for the weekend. I called Murray Kia at about 2:00 on a Friday and told them my situation and asked if there was anything they could do to help and i could get the car there in about 15 minutes. I was essentially told, "I know you're in an emergency and we are the closest dealer, but we are just too busy to fit you in and it's Friday", even after I asked for the manager and reiterated my situation and the kids being involved. I tried one final time and asked if they could at least get it closed, and they told me it could be hours. I understand it could have been more involved, but they could of at least tried. I called Kia of West Chester and they offered help immediately and were compassionate toward my situation, despite being very busy. They fixed the door at 3:30 on a Friday and wanted it completely done for me. That is customer service. I think the way they responded is telling about the way the place is managed.
